We have three positions within our kitchens:

• Prep & dressing at £14.00 per hour
• Pizza Oven Chef at £15.00 per hour
• Pizza Toppings Chef at £16.50 per hour

You will start as a Prep & Dressing Chef and we will train you in all the roles, progressing to become Pizza Toppings Chef—the highest position in our kitchens.

Assistant Managers are responsible for the day-to-day running of one bar.

Under the General Manager’s leadership, they are responsible for maximising sales and profit through the development and delivery of excellent guest service and operational standards, by leading, motivating and developing the team to succeed.

• The role is full-time: 40 hours a week, shift patterned, earliest shift 9am and latest shift finishing at midnight.
• Yearly salary: £31,000 plus Management Bonus every three months* up to £1,100, or Double it and receive £2,200.
• Full training provided

*Bonus payments are based on the achievement of quarterly KPIs.

General Managers are responsible for the day-to-day running of one bar.

Under the Ops Manager’s leadership, they are responsible for maximising sales and profit through the development and delivery of excellent guest service and operational standards, by leading, motivating and developing the team to succeed.

They coach and mentor the team, ensuring they are fully trained and performing to the best of their ability to deliver our brand values.

• The role is full-time: 40 hours a week, shift patterned, earliest shift 9am and latest shift finishing at midnight.
• Yearly salary: £36,000 plus Management Bonus every three months* up to £1,600, or Double it and receive £3,200.
• Full training provided
